First, I got a GREAT deal on this room - unbelievably good in fact and my expectations were set a bit low because of this. My husband was traveling for work and this was the perfect location for us because he was close to his location and we were only about 15 minute drive to Nashville activities. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and is located in a nice little community.
The room was clean and the living area was really nice for us because we were traveling with our young child and gave us more room to spread out. My daughter and I spend MANY hours in the pool over our 3 day stay and I saw someone out cleaning the pool 2 times - pretty good ratio in my opinion.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did have a leaky air conditioner for a day, but it was also 105 outside and I think it just got over worked because it didn't happen again. We also had some issues withe HDMI hookup on the tv, but it was easily resolved. I realize this is getting picky, but the sheets were a bit too scratchy for me, but no one else in my family seemed to mind. I also wish the rooms had a microwave. They have a nice little bar/sink/fridge area and a microwave would have been nice b/c we had many leftovers from dinners.
My husband will have to return to Hendersonville for business and we plan on making this our hotel of choice!

This was actually better than most hotels I've stayed at. I would rather spend my money here than spend $300 dollars somewhere else!! This hotel is located by alot of food, close to a mall and and adorable, fun park. It's in a safe area and you feel very comfortable. The staff was very nice! The breakfast in the morning was awesome! The rooms were huge! I was very pleased with this stay and would stay again! (:

We stayed here for an anniversary trip. The hotel was incredibly clean and each staff member we encounted was friendly and helpful. My only complaint, if there is one, was that the breakfast offered no hot items. Only cereals, bagels and fruit. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt, I found the place to be very clean. The room I thought was very nice and the location was perfect for me because I do not like to be right in the middle of a hustleing bustling down town area with a bunch of crime. And the staff there introduced me to one of my al time favorite restaurants which is Woody's Steak House right down the road from the hotel. Loved my stay in Nashville, TN.
