I've read terrible reviews on this hotel and was very nervous when I booked through hotwire and got this hotel.
Pleasantly surprised. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and free of odor. Bed was clean and comfortable with no sign of any bugs or other creepy crawlers.

Breakfast was hot and simple. Biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, toast, danish, etc. Food was hot and tasted great.

Don't look here if you want new or fancy. The rooms are older. However, if you need a clean place and a good bed, free wifi, and a decent breakfast for a great price...this is it.

Please dont stay here at this hotel. The picture looks good of the hotel but dont let that fool you. Our first room smelled like cat pee. We stayed in there about 2 seconds--just long enough to call the lobby and get another room. And it smelled better but still stinks. The vanity has mold on it and the bathroom is dirty. I have fleas bitting my legs.

Was an unplanned stay on our way to New Orleans. We picked up a discount guide at a truckstop and they had a 39.99 coupon for up to 4 people. Ended up being 61.50..wheres the discount? Upon entering the room the immediate smell of feet hit us, we figured A/C would help but we were wrong. We took off our shoes and the carpet was soaked, now I realized why it smelt so bad. We repacked the kids and went to the office for our money back so we could stay someplace else and they refused they said they had shampooed two weeks ago and thats why its wet.DISGUISTING!!! I left and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door and they still charged my card! They refused to give me the corporation number so i could file a complaint so i looked it up on line and spoke with them. Basically learning that they just use the name and the corporation has no control over what the general manager does. So I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here if they want value for their money. (General Manager/Owner) Andy was unremorseful when I asked him to go look at the room and tell me if he would put his own family in there. He replied I don't need to. At this point I wasted 4 days of my vacation on the phone with him and corporate with the outcome of them charging me half. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! I will NEVER stay at a BEST WESTERN again! I guess they just let anybody use their name...Stick with Holiday Inn or any OTHER hotel..DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I checked into the hotel after staying at the Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN and was very disappointed after being on the road for almost 6 hours. We were told by the front desk that the hotel had been renovated 1 year earlier. They should have said only a few things changed in each room The first room that we were given smelled of animal urine. We were moved to another room that need the door to be pushed on hard because it stuck. It still had an odor but it was better than the animal smell. The carpet was damp as was the tile in the bathroom area from the humidity in the room. There was no vent in the bathroom to even try and get air circulating to dry the floor. We turned on the A/C, went to the pool to take a dip and wait for the room to cool down, which did not happen before we had to leave 2 hours later. The pool had a green hue, but we didnt have choices as we had only 1 hour to spare before we had to prepare for our evening appointment. The front desk sounded irritated on the phone, but tried to be pleasant in person. I will never stay there again. I would rather sleep in my truck!
