I am a priority club platinum member so I stay in my share of Holiday Inns. Front desk lady was rude, did not greet me as a platinum member either (which they are suppose to do) The room was ok, bathroom was VERY SMALL, and the pipes almost screamed with noise! Even with bathroom door closed, I could still hear it over the tv. They also do not offer rooms with refrigerators. Room was clean at least.

While their breakfasts are never great, this one was very poor as the food was not even luke warm. Not the worst holiday inn, but there are much better ones available. I advise to stay somewhere else when this close to Nashville.

This hotel/motel is a makeover that is adequate for traveling through, but not spectacular. The small water-closet area barely fits one human. If you've got kids to bathe, this is not for you. While you can use the toilet without disturbing your partner, the sink and mirror are in room, making it impossible to shave or brush teeth without waking a fellow traveler.

The old-style through-the-wall hvac unit is loud and dries out the air with its constant blowing.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a wide selection and hot items, but the pancake-maker was not working the morning we were there.

The place is clean, quiet, and inexpensive but not up to par with newly-built Holiday Inn Express locations. Follow their internet site directions, not your GPS. You will wind up in a residential neighborhood, if you let the electronics guide you.

I stayed here for one evening. The hotel was nice and clean. I liked the marble shower, but the drain was plugged and I waded while I showered. I thought the decor of the room and the hotel was pretty and the pool was refreshing. The bed was a king and very comfortable, and the pillows were top notch. The fitness center had 2 wt machines, 2 treadmills and an elliptical, with a large screen TV to watch while working out.

The desk clerks were nice & helpful, but didn't know much about the mexican restaraunt next door when I asked a question. (Hours of business). There wasn't a mini fridge available, and at 120$ for a night, I feel that is a problem. While I liked this hotel, the lack of the fridge will keep me from stopping here again.

Perfect overnight stay and morning breakfast. I really love the new look of the Holiday Inn Express chain. Never any surprises.
