When I entered my room, it smelled like smoke and mold. There were spiders in the room and the carpet was filthy. I asked to be moved to another room, but there were no more available. I asked nicely for a refund due to my allergies and the smoke filled room. The manager refused and said it was after the time limit to receive refunds. She was so rude!!!! My advice is to look at your room before you give them your credit card! When I complained to Choice Privileges, they said that each Comfort Inn & Suites is privately owned and they could not stand behind their "satisfaction guaranteed" promise. I left the hotel that night even though I paid over $100. There was no way I was sleeping there!!!!!

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn before, but had a great experience this time from the very beginning. Melanie gave us a good rate and a nice quiet room. We didn't use the pool or whirlpool, but will bring bathing suits next time. We enjoyed the breakfast and Melanie brought her Sunday paper from home for the lobby. Perhaps there could be a saturday and sunday delivery! Overall, the staff was most accomodating and the facility was clean. We will return!

I stayed in this hotel for about 4 months when I was on an audit in Memphis. The hotel had an agreement with the Germantown Health Center (which is huge). I would workout twice a day, before and after work. I never woke up in the middle of the night to noisy neighbors. One last thing...the hotel is in Germantown, not Memphis...so I wasn't as concerned about getting mugged after I worked out or just walking around from place to place.

I have stayed at this hotel an number of times over the past few years and will continue to do so. The staff is some of the friendliest people that I have dealt with. I stay in a hotel approximately 50 nights a year and this location is one of my favorites especially since it was recently remodeled. My only complaint is that they do not have an fitness center or a true business center with a copier/scanner.

Would recommend for sure!!!
