“Perfect with a capital P”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 March 2011

This was absolutely the most amazing little guest house EVER. We had simply everything we needed to rejuvenate and come home refreshed. From when we were greeted with a big hug at the beginning of our stay till the moment we parted when it regretfully ended. The Blue Moon Farm is everything you will need for a peaceful hide out away from the world to pamper yourself and concentrate on each other. We would love to be back to visit in the future.

“Absolutely Amazing!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 February 2011

I stayed back in November but I am just now writing a review. I proposed to my fiancee at Blue Moon Farm and the whole experience was absolutely perfect.
I wanted to have the place decorated and candles lit before our arrival. I arranged for my sister to go to the inn before my arrival to decorate and place candles all over the rooms. The innkeeper not only met my sister, but she also helped with the decorating and lit the candles just before our arrival. When we arrived, she briefly showed us to the room.
The place is not really a bed and breakfast in the sense that you are the only guests on the property. The room is kind of like a little cottage connected to the main farm house by a long deck. There are no shared walls with any other structure, and the cottage has complete privacy. The rooms are extremely clean, and beutifully decorated. The bathroom, was one of the most amazing that I have ever seen. It was all white/gray marble. The tub was huge with jets. The shower, was, I would guess, about 12 ft by 3 ft with 4 shower heads and hot water that never ran out!! There was a deck which wrapped around the whole cottage, with great views of rolling hills and farmland. The kitchen was stocked with tons of local food and snacks which we feasted on all weekend. There was even a little bottle of wine from a local winery in the fridge. For breakfast, a casserole had been prepared with instructions for preperation. We just threw it in the oven for a few minutes and it was awesome. Honestly after seeing the innkeeper on the first night, we did not see her again, but our needs were so well anticipated, that there was nothing that we needed. It was like we were in this private little paradise with no one to bother us. I still can't believe how close it is to Nashville, becaue when you are there, you feel like a million miles away. I could not have imagined a better way and place to propose to my future wife. We can't wait to come back!
P.S. We loved the bath robes!

“outstanding, tops anything I have ever been to.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2010

If you are looking for a true escape turn key retreat, you found it, this the decor, we had the all inclusive packagage everything, and it took my breath away, we open the door and I cried. it was so nice. I am a extremely burnt out mother of three toddlers and just couldn't wait another minute, and we could not go far, but this was like being far enough away from it all. The food she prepared should be in food and wine, its over the top, I have traveled the world and lived abroad, she caters to the very very uppper class. It can be solo or with spouse basic or not, but its everything. I think if you truly want to unwind, do three days. We had two. She respects your privacy and chatty if you want. She knows her guest. And she can totally relate she is a mother as well. My husband wanted to suprise me and boy he did, we didn't have to do a thing that was what we needed everything done for us. NOw thats a real break! and total privacy and quiet very quiet. My husband and I went away for a romantic retreat. my recommendation don't need to go too far, everything you need is right there, just invest that time and you will be recharged!

“So peaceful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 July 2010

We had the most incredible time at Blue Moon Farm Bed and Breakfast, and highly reccommend it to anyone wanting to get away. The hospitality from Bob and Susan was wonderful, the breakfast Susan made for us was great and we still talk about it today! We love the bathroom with the air bubble hugh tub and the shower and the factory sink And the secret door that leads into the bathroom from the livingroom. Bob and Susan has paid attention to every detail! We only hope to go back there very soon!!!

“Took my breath away!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 April 2010

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a 2 day midweek romantic get away. We were not disappointed in a thing! The cottage is absolutely beautiful- peaceful, romantic and quiet! The kithen was well stocked with anything we needed including homemade cookies laid out for our arrival. We are already discussing when we can go back and stay again!!!!!
