We stopped here on the way to Florida after driving over 700 miles. We were upgraded to a beautiful King Suite as a regular King was unavailable, and with our AAA the rate was a great value. The hotel seemed brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The flat screen TV was great as was the complete hot breakfast the next morning. The hotel is in a quiet area, on the right, up the hill, from Cool Springs, Get directions when you call if you don't use GPS.

I really enjoyed my stay at Country Inn & Suites, Cool Springs. The staff was very friendly especially Pat. She was very sweet and acomodating. She recomended a great resturant for my husband and I and told us a couple great places to shop. Also, the room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the modern touches in the room, it made me feel like I was staying in what should have been a much more expensive hotel. All and all a great hotel with a great staff.

I actually work as a front desk for another hotel chain, so I'm supposed to say "This was a horrible place to stay and you should stay with (insert name here)" NO! We LOVED this property! Though we had no record with Country Inn properties, we were treated as if we stayed there all the time! It was a bit expensive under our normal standards, but from the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the place! The front room was beautiful with a reading area! I think they had a young lady training when we arrived, and she did excellent with check in. She was friendly, attentive, gave us bottles of water, and even offered fresh cookies!
Once inside the room, we were surprised at the detail of it all! It was exceedingly clean and the decor was so modern! If a room can pass my boyfriend's exceedingly high standards of 'clean' (which this hotel did with flying colors) then I can only give you top props! I think his only complaint (more of a joke) was that our view was of an ac unit on the roof right outside our window. Of course, I got a smile out of the smallest details, they had a napkin with a crossword on it & an alternative pillow and blanket in the closet in case you were allergic to the type of bedding they normally provided (talk about innovative thinking!)
We had never been to the Franklin/Cool Springs area and had no idea where to go for dinner before our concert, so we asked their second shift clerk. She was real nice and gave us many possible options. Once we talked to her for a bit on our preferences, she recommended The Sapphire & gave us real easy directions! (She hit the nail on the head with that suggestion!)
The breakfast they had the next morning was simply amazing! I loved how they offered real dishes along with paper/plastic ware and had two employees dedicated to working the breakfast area! The selection was very large and very tasty!
The two of us were really happy with our short stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we can find the time to take another trip like that! Five bubbles isn’t enough to cover our satisfaction with this stay!

From check-in to check-out, all was smooth and as expected, given the high ratings here. Rooms, exercise room, and breakfast were very nice, clean, and just what we wanted. Did not try out the pool, but looks nice. Traveling as two adults in separate rooms, but will definately stay here again with wife and children when we pass through again next year. Only possible downside was the motorcycle noises from the Harley dealership next door, but that did not start up until after 9 am, and it was right outside my side of the building. Night was very quiet.
