We have stayed at this motel several times only because the rooms are 10,000 points per night when using Choice Hotel points The ventilation system is old and so loud when it cuts on/off that the only way we could sleep was to leave it on fan speed the entire night. The fan was also loud, but at least it blocked out noise from a neighboring room. We just couldn't use the a-c at night without listening to the system cut on/off. So, we chose constant, loud noise so we could sleep. Because each room faces outside, it's impossible to open the drapes for light without having people walk by and look into the room. The bathrooms are tiny. I told my partner that next time we will stay in Cool Springs, which is just down the road. All the hotels in this Franklin Commons Court area, even the newer ones, have received poor reviews on Trip Advisor. We also stayed at a Comfort Suites near the Nashville airport during this visit to Franklin. The room rate for that hotel was only $15 more per night than this Comfort Inn, and was fifteen times nicer. I would never pay to stay at this hotel. I will say that the front staff was very pleasant.

This was our first stay and last in the Comfort Inn, room 118 in Franklin,TN. management did not seem to concerned about the bedbugs, also wanted to inspect our room before moving us on our request too room 115. I was was bitten several time, put clothes in plastic bags.

My wife and I stayed here on Friday, April 24th. We stay in Franlin 2-3 times per year, and usually use American Express points. We usually stay on the first floor - room 105 or 108. The hotel was full, and the hotel was blacked out for points. With local taxes (14.75%), the total bill was $100.00. The major advantage is location - it is 2.5 miles from the Franklin antique shops. This is an average property which could use updating. The breakfast was limited on protein (hard boiled eggs only), but the waffle maker was a nice touch.

This is a decent enough hotel, but not worth $90 a room, if you ask me. It is convenient to Interstate 65, a mall, places to eat, etc. Staff was helpful enough, but not overly enthusiastic to be there. Breakfast was varied - all the carbs you could want! The only protein was hard boiled eggs. Still, it was included in the price of the hotel. Coffee was decent. Be aware that this is a motel-style facility with outdoor access to the rooms. Beds were comfortable enough with plenty of pillows. The only real complaint I had was that the bathroom floor was sticky. So, all in all, an average hotel for an above average price.
