I have stayed at this location in Franklin a couple of times to take advantage of a Choice promotion. They advertise Truck Parking, (a must for me), but there is only a small area that only fits one tractor trailer in front of the dumpster. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was no breakfast the night I stayed, but the staff did buy some doughnuts for the guests. This hotel is in a cul-de-sac with some other hotel options. Overall, an ok stay.

Have stayed here off and on for 6 years. Steady property improvements, particularly in the last six months, have really made it a nice place to stay. This is not a new hotel but it has been well taken care of.
Staff is very helpful. Hot Breakfast, free WIFI, USATODAY, plus the Cracker Barrel is right next store. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed here the night of Friday, March 25. We booked using American Express and used only 12,000 points rather than the usual 18,000 points. he property has been updated since our last stay in 2009. With local taxes (14.25%), the total bill would have been $100.00. The major advantage is location - it is 2.5 miles from the Franklin antique shops.

This hotel was aweful!! It was dirty and nasty!! We arrived very late and were very tired from driving. If I had seen this room in daylight we would have slept in our suv!! The counter had spilled coffee all on it. The ice bucket had mold and mildew in it. I was so discusted I was afraid to look at the bed sheets the following morning. I do not want to think about bed bugs!!!!!!! You could see daylight from under the door. I would NEVER stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. I called the Comfort Inn Headquarters and they took the information and said all hotels were independently owned. They told me someone would be getting back with me from the hotel. I never heard a word!! Don't stay here no matter what the pictures look like or what they tell you!!
