Originally from Fayetteville and my wife and I always stay here. It is clean, the breakfast bar is neat and ok, staff is very nice, the hotel is quiet (but what isn't quiet in Fayetteville)...but the hotel is starting to show its age especially in the bathrooms. Nothing unclean or broken, just dated and typical wear and tear. Would stay there again but your choices are limited in Fayetteville....so what else you gonna do?

Ok...you are in Fayetteville, TN. You cant expect a Ritz. This little property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would stay there again. I have stayed there about 6 times this year.

The hotel room was very roomy, clean and comfortable. It was attractive and well located to the downtown and to restaurants. Breakfast had several selections and was different each day we were there.

I stayed here whilst visiting Lynchburg for the Jack Daniels Distillery. It wasn't exactly in the town of Fayetteville, you had to drive to get to things but it was comfortable, pretty clean, nice big king bed and quiet. Great value.

It was a very nice place, very clean. Our room was nice it was on the second floor. The only bad thing was how much noise the air conditioner made at night. I did not sleep at all, on and off on and off on and off.
