well our more expensive on our vacation considering the size of the room and the updated furnitures, it is expensive , we have stay in a hilton garden in Roanoke,VA for the same price

Was on my yearly motorcycle trip to the area. Saw this hotel in reviews and was impressed. I tend to stay at mid priced motels and this hotel was slightly more expensive but it is very clean, well situated and the staff are very friendly. Found my new fab hotel.

Stayed here overnight for a wedding in town. Room was clean and comfortable. Some noise from the neighbors filtered into our room, especially with them getting a very early start that morning (around 5:00am). But, other than that slight annoyance, had no problems at all for our overnight stay. Manager even let us have an hour later check out time to get us closer to the wedding time without having to hang out in the lobby, or somewhere else all dressed up. Would certainly stay there again, if I'm ever in the area overnight again.

One of the friendliest hotels we have ever experienced anywhere ! Everyone on the staff was just wonderful, especially a young lady named "Alexys" who works up front and has off the charts customer service ! Etowah is a lovely small town setting in the beautiful foothills of The Smoky's and the Red Roof Inn there is very nice. Our room was great with a microwave and fridge and breakfast was good too, especially the waffles. Now, I will admit that there is a train in the area, so you may hear an occasional whistle in the background, but it wasn't an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay and what really put the experience over the top was the outstanding and extremely friendly customer service ! If you are going to be in the area, I would highly recommend this hotel !
