Although it is an older hotel, we enjoyed a clean, comfortable stay. The staff handled everything professionally. Stayed there 6 days and didn't have any problems.

A pleasant overall stay. Nice location, close to a very good sushi restaurant and the Dyersburg Mall. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, clean rooms and linens. Some of the rooms could use an update: furniture and especially the A/C units.

Our first hotel of choice by the highway in Dyersburg was full and they recommended the Hampton Inn. We were very glad we stayed there. It is not huge and they don't have an elevator, but the our room was quiet, clean and nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. I appreciated that although we made it down to breakfast right before it was supposed to close the staff made us feel welcome, left everything out for us and even offered to make fresh waffles. Everyone was very friendly and treated us as guests, not inconveniences

It's not the newest hotel room, but you get the impression that these folks really care about their hotel. The hotel is very well-maintained. Maybe it's just Tennessee hospitality, but these folks are very friendly, warm, and caring. You feel more like a family visit and not just a business transaction. Yet they aren't intrusive.

It's located in a quieter location than many chain hotels. I travelled with my dog and there's a great big lovely field right next door. The hotel policy is for a room inspection before check-out. It's a bit of an irregularity in the check-out experience, but they are up front about it and so long as your pet is well-behaved, the inspection is a breeze.
