I am a musician & my hometown is Dickson so when I had a show on Nov.27th I thought I would stay at the "old Holiday Inn" MUCH to my surprise this was NOTHING like the holiday inn. I paid almost $50 for a king size bed, simple room. My first room had couch problems...the bed part of the hideaway was sticking straight up in the air. I was given a 2nd room that didn't have bed sheets, pillows or towels. My 3rd room which was a double bed didn't have a working tv & was filthy. I was so tired of calling the front desk I just took it. I went & played my show & returned to the hotel only to stand outside for an additional 2hours because my key wouldn't open the door. It was 5am before I was able to get in my room. I asked for a refund & was told the best they could do was a partial refund. After calling every week since Nov 27 I was told just last night by Thomas (the night mgr) that he wouldn't refund my money if his life depended on it, along with a vulgar slur & then hanging up on me. This hotel is dirty, trash in all the stairwells. There were dead bugs all over my floor, sheets were stained & the management is rude & not helpful at all! If you are looking to save money don't think you're gonna do it here. You get much less than what you pay for! This hotel is a black mark for Dickson County & someone needs to shut them down!

The Dickson Ramada Inn was one of the worst experiences I've had...We were with a group of ball players......several of the families moved to another hotel. We had to wait almost an hour to get checked in, there was one sweet lady at the front desk doing everything alone..... I went to see what our room looked like....they said it was a suite, all it was were two adjoining rooms, it smelled smokey and very musty, there were sticky stains on the a/c, there were flies buzzing around, there were hairs of different colors in the bathroom and stains on the bed spread. This motel needs an major update and a overall cleaning with bleach!!

I went to a couple of hotels in the area looking for the best deal. I got the military rate at the Ramada for around $35! I was expecting the worse, but even though the place is old looking, it was a good shape. The room had everything we needed-- fridge, micro, comfortable bed, good AC, and the best water pressure ever! Other than a little drip in the tub, the room was in good shape. I felt comfortable there. Glad I found it after getting quotes for $65 & $69 at other places.

The staff was friendly, families were using the pool... it felt like I stepped back into the 50's- but in a good way. I would come here again if I'm ever back in central TN.

This Ramada Inn is the best one. The room is beautiful room 220 is the best one i really loved it when i step in that door i loved it very much. The bed was so comfortable it was the best bed ever i slept on it. The housekeepers were the best they clean the rooms like a beauty room. I really wanna go back in that Hotel is the best one ever i have been in it.
