Our stay was disappointing to say the least. There was no hot water. After complaining to the manager we were told the motel was full and to "try again later". We tried hours later but still no luck. The alarm clock and hair dryer did not work. The toilet and bathroom floor was dirty. After reading online reviews we thought this motel had been updated but it was not.
We will never stay there again.

Very clean rooms, staff very accomodating. Manager Ashwin Patel went out of his way to ensure our overnight stay was enjoyable and quiet. Stay here on your way through Tennesse.

Very nice staff; easy check-in and out. Manager took the extra step to make stay more relaxing, quite, comfortable and pet friendly. Staff even called the room to make sure if everything was alright and if anything was needed. Would stay again if ever in the area again. Easy access on and off highway.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast included make-your-own waffles and the location was close to gas, mini-marts, and Country Barrel as well as O'Charley's. I also got a free morning paper. Also, the cable is free as well as the WIFI that worked great. For the price, I would highly recommend this hotel just about 40 miles outside of Nashville. There is a Holiday Inn Express next door charging almost twice as much.
