My family and I frequent this hotel monthly, it is a great family hotel with a friendly staff, extra clean rooms, and great food. The staff is more than accomadating when we make reservations and when we arrive. The staff and managment go the extra mile to make your stay feel like you are right at home.

Staff is excellent! We needed a fridge in our room and staff was more than glad to provide one. Rooms are spacious, beds good and flat screen TV's! We stayed here on business and used our corporate lodging card (can't beat the rate.) :) Only complaint would be the pool area needs a lot of attention!! (:

Clean with an efficient and friendly staff. Convenient to many area attractions

If I could give this hotel an overall negative rating I would. First of all, the place is not very clean. In our room they couldn't even put the face plate for the electrical sockets on correctly, there was a hole between the face plate and wall. You would be able to stick fingers in it, which is extremely unsafe when traveling with children . Also, while staying there I had money stolen from my room. When I went to the front desk I don't think I could have meet a more horrible person, she was unfriendly and kept saying that they are not reliable. She was absolutely no help and did not even care about the situation. She told me to accuse the people in my room!!! Other people in my party made comments about not feeling safe and to which she replied "we don't care about your security." I would stay away from this hotel if you could. It is not up to par in any way shape or form.
