We had the jacuzzi room and were happy with it. The room was clean, the price was decent and the front desk person was helpful. The breakfast the next morning was good and checking out didn't take long. We would stay there again when passing through.

Checked out yesterday for a two night stay. When we checked in, we had to request new sheets as the ones on the bed were covered in dog hair! The second day, we returned in the late evening after son's wedding and our room was never cleaned. We had to have the front desk bring at least clean towels. As a travel agent, I know the cheapest is not the best value, and I have learned my lesson well! My dughter checked in the second night we were there and got a jacuzzi suite at a much higher rate and found moldy food in the refrigerator. The entire stay was one thing after another. The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning! When you walk in the room, you can feel it! There are much better options in this area at comparable pricing. Stay at one of the others! The only one that seems to have any customer service was the girl the worked the front desk when we checked in.

It's a decent location, the bed was quite comfy, but a light bulb was missing from a lamp and it took 3 hours to get a replacement. For those of us who are addicted to public TV, there was NO PBS. (The last time we stayed at Kingston, which is down the road, they did have PBS, so it's not like it's the boondocks).

There was no sink stopper, necessating a waste of water in shaving and washing while keeping the faucet running continuously.

The room was clean, service was great. The service people were very friendly. Location was good and close to everything we wanted to see. Tina at the service was very helpful.
