Beware this has to be the very worst hotel in the country. I booked an online reservation, fully paid for my daughter who was due to have surgery at Baptist Memorial. When she arrived they were rude, nasty and would not give her the room he clerk threw her out, the same desk manger yelled at me and slamed the phone down on be long distance, twice. I called customer service. Nothing done. I will twitter, blog and facebook this hotel and do everything I can do to shut there hotel down.
Please support me and NEVER stay in this Microtel Again, The comfort Inn, next door took care of us. Nice people.

This hotel was horrible. The bed was caved in, the desk clerk could care less about checking someone in and when I complained about the bed the answer was, "oh well". The rooms had a smell to them and the parking lot was a joke. Never again!

We should have known the first time we called and the front desk didn't answer the phone at all, that we shouldn't have booked this hotel the next time we were in town. Well, we did. The front desk was not great or helpful. We stayed about 5 nights, there were a two days when they didn't even give us fresh towels. The breakfast was a complete joke, they should just offer coffee. The coffee was ok. This hotel needs updating. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, like usually. Children were running back and forth two mornings in a row. I did not complain because usually I just stay somewhere else next time. I did not see any bedbugs. Will not stay there again.

Well I have to admit, i booked and stayed at this location without looking at previous reviews. I did not experience the bed bugs listed in a previous review but I will share what I did see and experience. The smell in the hallway was strong. No frig/microwave as it had been indicated I would have. When asked about the room not having a frig/microwave, the staff behind the desk gave me some kind of reply without looking at me. They did not have HBO as advertised. Carpets were dirty through the entire building. There was a hair on the toilet seat and mold on the shower curtain. The computer in the lobby had an "out of order" sign on it. The elevator doors will open and it will not be level with the floor yet. Now to the breakfast. The area was a mess. The oranges were dried up and the bananas were brown. They were out of milk, so you couldn't eat the cereal. The donuts and danishes were gone, then noticed the staff from behind the desk filling up the donuts with gloves on, then he went behind the counter with the gloves still on and waited on a customer checking out. He left the same gloves on and did not change them when he went back to placing more donuts in the donut tray. I have learned the hard way to check reviews even if I am in a hurry to find a place to stay,
