This is the best hotel stay of our lives. The staff is the friendiest we're ever experience. They were very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and wholesome. It is like being at home. We really love the complete kitchen with the cooking range with oven. It is also convenient to your needs, all the right stores etc are without reasonable distance. The hotel manager is an hands on leader with a personal touch. It feels good to stay at a hotel where the staff treats you like they are glad you are there. We recommend this particular hotel everyone we know.

Extended stay is extended stay. The staff makes the difference. From the first call for occupancy, to cleaning, to front desk, they make you feel right at home. We would recommend studio plus Cordova to anyone: for business and/or leisure. It's extremely convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and major highways! Overall, just a great place!

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family nearby. My stay was a pleasant surprise. I'd driven by the hotel on earlier visits and was a little nervous about the stay, since it looks like an older apartment building from the outside and I am a female traveling alone, but I was pleased overall. The hotel does feel like a dorm or apartment house with cooking smells and fluorescent-lit hallways, but the room itself was clean and comfortable, if a bit worn. I appreciated having a recliner in the room for relaxing while watching TV instead of having to use the desk chair, and the refrigerator in the kitchen was nice to have. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Location is convenient to many restaurants and shops along a highway. Basically, it is a basic motel with the added value of a mini-suite with full kitchen. Nothing fancy, but good nonetheless. For the price I bid on priceline, I'd stay again.

I was very surprise to see how friendly the staff were and how clean the rooms were. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Memphis.
