The price is too high for what you get. In addition, there was no coffee maker in the room, the sink was damaged and needed replacing, there were squashed insects on the walls, only one bar of soap was provided, and the room had a musty odor. When I was checking in, a couple in front of me asked to see a room. The wife went to inspect the room and when she returned she said something to the clerk and then they both immediately left. I asked the clerk why they left so quickly and she said they had requested a non-smoking room but the only one available was a smoking room and the wife couldn't tolerate the odor. Since I was getting a non-smoking room, I thought might fare better. However, after entering the room, I wished I would have followed that couple out the door too.

“You might want to try a different budget hotel”
My husband, our 1 year old and I stayed at this hotel July 10, 2008 while visiting relatives in Columbia. Check in was easy but the front desk clerk stated we could have gotten a better deal from Hotels.com - we booked ours from Orbitz for $62. She wouldn't give us the better price of course. The room appeared relatively clean (some mold in the bathtub), but smelled like bad body odor. We asked for room freshener and they gave us some, but it really didn't help. The room had a refrigerator, but it didn't work and we needed it for our child's milk. They ended up bringing us a cooler with ice for the night. Overall, I was very glad it was only for one night. We would try a different hotel next time - we really need something closer to town anyways. FYI -The Holiday Inn Express next door seemed quite a bit nicer.
