I travel a lot to various craft fairs and on business and pleasure but this hotel was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The person at the front desk was rude and refused to give me the name of the manager. We had reserved a room on the ground floor (health reasons) with two beds but were given a room on the second floor with only one bed. When our room was changed, it was filthy, buggy, and did not even have a bed spread that fit the bed. This room smelled of mold and the mattresses had labels from the Operyland hotel with water marks so likely were throw-aways from the floods. We did not stay and asked for our money back and this was not given. Police were even called to help with the situation. One suggestion is to ask to see the room BEFORE you pay for it or you will not get your money back even if they do not have something that fits your requirements.
