“Unbelievable this hotel is in the Hilton family. Really??!”

Outside entrance to the motel rooms, a bit noisy,Older property, thin walls. Many of the refridgerators were previously removed from rooms, no fridge/microwave in my room and ice machine was not working. My snacks of salad and vegetables were compost in the morning. After packing up all my suitcases again, they moved me to another room with what I thought was standard for Hampton Inn rooms, fridge and microwave. Sheets were ripped, there were no 'To Go" bags for lunches in the morning. Not even a pad of paper and pen on the desk to jot some notes in either room I was in. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast but the stay was very disappointing considering the age and lack of upgrades to this 18+ year property..For a comparable cost to other Hampton Inns, this was not not a great value to dollars spent.

“Older, outside entrance motel”

This is a 25+ year old property with outside entrance to all room. The motel has been updated to minimum Hampton Standards. Furniture/Bedding/Etc is all what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. After you update all of the furniture and bedding, there still is not much one can do to mask an old hotel. The ice machine on the first floor was inop and it looks like it had been for a few weeks. Staff was courteous, breakfast was missing the "on the run" bags. But, it is cheap. If you need a hotel for a "mattress run" for points or nights, this is the opportune property.

Room Tip: ground floor if you don't want ice!

“Nice place to stay”

Stayed the night here on our way to Louisiana. It was after 7 pm when we arrived but everything was all ready for our arrival - no waiting on keys - they were ready to be handed to us. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. I heard a little road noise but it wasn't bad at all.

The fitness room only had an elliptical & exercise bike but I was told that I had access to a 24 hour gym (Rush).

Breakfast was good & the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience.

“Overall a good hotel”

The hotel is a half hour away from Chattanooga. Spacious lobby. Very friendly staff especially Tori Cook. Breakfast consisted of cereal, pastries, bagels, make your own waffles, and hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Hot items changed daily. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, fruit. The rooms have outside corridors. Ours happened to be on the highway side and it was a little noisy hearing the trucks go by but we got used to it. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we first walked in. The bed was comfortable. There was a pool but we didn't use it. Decent stay for the price we paid.

Room Tip: ask for a room in the middle or front of building.

“It was alright...”

As always the beds were wonderful! You always get a good nights sleep at any Hampton. The breakfast was excellent as usual. The only thing I did not like about this particular Hampton was the parking. You parked in a lot in front of your door, and so does everyone else. You can hear people talking as they park their car and are walking past your room talking to get to their room.
My advise is to go two more exits down the highway to a new Hampton and stay there instead.
