This hotel was easy to find off the interstate. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered a variety of foods. The rooms were very clean and lamps were operating. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Our only disappointment was the construction noise next door that lasted until 11:00 pm. But that really is not the hotel's fault and should be temporary.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We're a military family and we purchased a home in the Sango area and this hotel was the best option off the exit 11 off of I-24.

I did not experience any bed bugs during my one night stay here. The hotel itself is a little dated but had that cozy/homey feel to it. There is not much of a business center and the fitness center machines are dinosaurs. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was served until 10am which was great.

To me, this place is perfect for an overnight stay at a great government rate of $77 a night. Felt safe. There's a McDonalds and Subway within walking distance as well as a very nice and well lit gas station that has a little food-mart inside.

We were in town for a funeral and the staff here was amazing. The room was very clean and smelt great! The tv was not flat screen but who cares. I don't go to hotels to watch tv. I though the price was a bit high but it was worth it for the services! The staff was amazing and were very helpful.

Overall:
This is a basic Holiday Inn Express property. Friendly efficient staff and basic comfortable room.
