The lobby is gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The room itself seemed ok at first. However, the air conditioning would not come on, and it was an old school window unit instead of a thermostat. The "fan" and "heat" controls worked, but not air conditioning. The black-out curtains would not move, only the sheer curtains. That was ok...until night came! The building across from us had bright lights that shone on our faces all night long, SO annoying! The shower had very light water pressure and the control kept slipping and turning so the water would scald you. Very unpleasant stay, thank God we were only staying 1 night!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very, very sorry to learn of the challenges you had with your guestroom. I wanted to let you know that our Chief Engineer and Executive Housekeeper both took the time to investigate the items you described with the a/c, blackout drapes and shower. However, I am both perplexed and at a real loss as to what to report since they did not discover a problem with any of the issues you listed. I really regret that we did not meet your expectations and for that I am truly sorry. Thank you for staying with us.
