So sad the way this hotel has been being run lately. It once was such a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately it has been run into poor condition. Too bad that the owners take no pride in the place anymore. The room smelled of old feet and wet cats or something of that nature and was not clean. They refuse to give refunds also. Check it out before you pay !!

Beautiful view, clean room, freindly service. We couldn't have asked for more for the money. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

The view from King's Lodge is so very pretty. Too bad the rooms are dirty:( The first time we stayed there was ever so nice. This past weekend we weren't happy with the cleanliness, or lack of. I'd love to see them clean up their act so we can stay there again. I would love for management to let me know when the problem is cleared up........:)

Our family stayed at King's Lodge once before, several years ago and it was a pleasant experience. Later we were going to stay there again, it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, when I lifted the bedspread up to check for items, I found part of a piece of pizza and on the other side of the bed I found a condom. I did talk to the desk clerk and the manager and he just said he would have someone check the room. This was as we were checking out of the hotel.
