The lady at the front desk couldn't have been any friendlier. The room was very nice with a king bed plus a sofa bed. The breakfast has all the usual plus sausage patties, scrambled egg patties, biscuits, yogurt, apples, oranges.

They have a social hour (actually 1.5 hours, 5:30 - 7 pm Monday - Thursday) with soft drinks, beer on tap, chips & salsa.

It is very close to Hamilton Place mall, the largest mall in TN. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area & it is close to I-75 as well.

I looked online while traveling and called. The man on duty was cordial and the room was clean and available when we arrived. While we rarely stay in exterior entrance motels this one was fine. It is obvious they've done some improvements to their rooms. I've stayed at worse places but I've also stayed at nicer Quality Suites. I agree with another post that it's not a suite but rather a mini fridge and a tile floor bathroom. Enough space for three and local restaurants deliver.

My son and I stayed here with my parents on our way from Florida to Ohio. My father booked it because it said "room separated by half-wall" with pull-out couch. It had a tiny half wall (maybe 2 - 3 feet) but the room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it was old and water damaged, the door to the bathroom would not open all the way, and the sheets they gave us for the hide-a-bed had cigarette holes in them!! The rooms all had outdoor access - so parking lot noise. I asked for a better room but the guy at the desk said they were all the same. The items from the "hot breakfast" included a waffle maker and some sausage patties. My Dad has diabetes so he could not eat anything but sausage, eggs and yogurt (everything else was full sugar - and white biscuits, white bread, white bagels, etc.). We couldn't back out because we already paid for the room - so we were forced to stay. At least the double beds were pretty comfortable - but everything else was old and dirty. Keep looking - this will disappoint!

There are so many places to choose from, especially in big cities. We stayed here last August and had a pleasant trip. It was very interesting that we got the same room this time. It's not a palace but the rate is reasonable. The breakfast isn't a feast but it's better than some; there is a waffle maker, yogurt, fruit cereal and some bakery items. We stayed at a place in Northern TN that had a waffle maker on the counter with an "out of order" sign on it (my husband thought it was because they didn't want to provide the batter or clean it up). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
