My husband and I have enjoyed staying at the Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga on several occasions. We've been so pleased with them we just stayed again on our trip up North and will be staying again on our way home with our return room already booked! The rooms are always clean, roomy and the beds are over the top in comfort! We love all the amenities like the fridge and microwave and you can't beat the price!! The on sight City Cafe restaurant is a huge bonus with a huge menu and unbelievably sized portions. Most importantly, the staff is always kind and very welcoming, it just doesn't get any better than that!!

been staying there about 1 1/2 yr now twice a week staff always real friendly greets me by my name Rooms and property always being improved in summer time pool is nice to sit by if ever anything is wrong no matter how small staff is there to fix it fast and friendly will continue to stay there awesome place..........thanks

No frills but nice and clean. Our room was one of the renovated ones. They are still in the process of renovating all the rooms. These are not real fancy but they are clean and comfortable. Our bed had all new bedding. Brand new shower and tub. Housekeeping did a great job when we went out for the day. TV is old style but had plenty of cable channels..anyway we weren't there to watch TV. Fridge and microwave and coffee maker also. Staff were real friendly. One of the best features is the Cafe Diner at this motel. Food is excellent and plenty of it. The menu is huge. We ordered food and took it back to our room because we had our little dog with us. Only a few miles down the road to downtown Chattanooga and all the attractions. We would stay here again and would recommend this motel....great price for what you get.
