I expected the room to be larger since it was a suite. We had a small kitchen area, average desk area, a couch that was about 5 feet wide, a TV, and queen bed. I have stayed in many regular motel rooms that were larger. The room was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke.. The Staybridge has no covered area to load and unload luggage. We got soaked in the rain leaving the hotel.
The breakfast was fantastic with country ham, eggs, and biscuits. There was also a variety of fresh fruits.
I would not stay at the Staybridge again. There are better values in the area.

We spent the weekend after Thanksgiving in Chattanooga relaxing and shopping. The location of the Staybridge was great. It is only about 4 blocks from the mall with fairly easy access even on Thanksgiving Weekend. The staff during the stay was helpful and friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom king suite and it was clean and comfortable. The full breakfast was better thaN most free breakfasts we have had at other hotels. The only downside was,we had an end room and at night we could hear the traffic from Shallowford Road and the Wendy's that sat in the parking lot. We will stay here again on return trips as the rate was good in comparison to other hotels with the same amenities.

We stayed here for 4 days during Thanksgiving. We had a super late check in (4 a.m.!) but the staff and our room were ready for us. The room was clean and most importantly smelled clean (not musty like some hotels). The room itself is updated -- flat screen tv's in the bedroom and the living room, granite counter tops and new appliances. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6:30-9:00 every day and it is AWESOME!! Waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, oatmeal, grits - they have everything! I believe dinner is served nightly, too, but we were always gone during that time. They have free laundry on site, which came in handy when we had to dry our bathing suits from our time in the pool. I had big plans to use the exercise room, too, but our schedule was just too busy. Overall, the hotel was perfect and I will stay here again next Thanksgiving! (btw, Ive stayed at several hotels in Chattanooga by Hamilton Place Mall, this is by far the best hotel)

Boyfriend and l stayed for the night while on a 1 day shopping trip. The location is near the mall and very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was extensive. Great stay.
