Booked the room for some clients and told the staff our clients were only to stay one night and all other charges should be charged to them directley. The staff however did not listen, charged my credit card without authorization, and never called to confirm. I found out my card was charged when I received the bill. I called to get the matter straightened out but the manager told me that I was obviously not good at my job and refused to refund my card. That is, until I told the manager that i was going to call Motel 6 corporation myself and report them to the BBB Association. They then refunded my money and told me I was no longer accepted at the hotel. My business with them is long over.

okay, so we didn't actually stay here. we pulled in here due to an accident on the highway & we couldn't go any further, the interstate was closed. we were ready to stop for the night & it was the first place we saw. we pulled in and the police were just leaving. as we were booking the room i grew uneasy, due to a young man learing at me from the lobby sofa. i mentioned it to my friend and she was uneasy as well. we got our room key & went to our car to get our luggage, when we glanced across the parking lot the same guy from the lobby was standing there, one hand on his head, the other rubbing his private parts. we were both frightened & went into the hotel & demanded that they refund our money, we needed to get the sam hell outta there. the man working the front desk ask that we not be nervous of the surroundings, i said we were not going to stay there regardless. while refunding our money we looked out the window and the same creepy guy was peering into the window smiling. it took about 10 minutes to get our refund and during that time many men walked into the hotel (some were barefoot) and into rooms together, others would come and knock on doors to the rooms by check in. as we were leaving the creepy guy walked in holding hands with another man. i am not sure what kind of activity is being run out of that hotel, but my guess would be that it is the type of place that rents rooms by the hour.

We stayed at this motel passing through to Florida. The woman at the front desk did not seem very friendly, just bored. It was a decent place to spend the night. If you are just passing through, the price is right here for you. The neighborhood seemed weird, though. There were signs up that said "hotel not responsible for cars," which made us nervous, so we parked outside our window.

This motel was conveniently located off I-24 but that is all the merit it gets. Both rooms rented were filthy and the receptionist was colder than ice. Rooms reeked of a disgusting odor like that of foul smelling gym. Bed linen and towels were dirty. We had car problems so we had little choice. Advice for travelers - Stay away or bring your own linen, bathroom sanitizer, and air freshener!
