An average hotel with standard accomodations. The night shift clerk requires a 'Customer Service 101' remediation however. Stayed two nights the first morning left before dawn and was told that she could not provide a receipt as the system ws backing-up. She asked if she could send it to my e-mail and I provided the address. I never received the e-mail. Decided to stay another day and attempted to use the outside venidng machines however the two I tried did not work and 'stole my money'. The next morning the same clerk asked the standard, "How was your stay?", which it was apparent when I responded she simply desired a standard response. I advised of the vending machine issue and she did not offer to reimburse me and simply said they are a third party vendor and someone should be coming out. I mentioned twice that at the very least signs should be posted on the machines advising patrons, "Out of Order" and to my amazement she continued to look down at her computer and did not reply. Wow! So will I stay there again, I think not!
