Bright clean and fairly new this hotel in highly recommended. Staff friendly and helpful.Area very safe with eating places within easy reach. Applebees just across the road which can be walked too. Quiet though plenty of guests. This may say something of those that stay there. Just a mile off the Interstate and easy access to all of Chattanooga's amenities. Easy parking.
More than adequate breakfast that is never allowed to run out. You will not be disappointed should you stay there !!

We stayed here 1 night on our way out of Chattanooga. There are many restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. Place is older and definitely needs refreshing. Room was decent size, clean and beds were comfortable. Supposed to be a no smoking facility but cigarette smoke in 3rd floor hallway at far end was very strong. I mentioned it to the desk clerk when we checked out & was told that they still have 3 smoking rooms.........one of which was just down the hall from our room. We definitely would not stay here again.

We were traveling to visit relatives in the south, and needed a place to stay for an overnight break. Because of tripadvisor, we selected this Sleep Inn to spend the night.

The check-in clerk was very friendly, considerate and helpful. The room was clean, however, the bathroom did not come with a tub, much to my wife's dismay. In fact, the shower was some type of oval, fiberglass-constructed, drop-in-place thing, which, once the shower door was closed, trapped the user in some kind of steamroom. It was difficult to see through the steam in order to get out. The air conditioner was difficult to regulate, especially after taking a shower.

The breakfast buffet consisted of fresh fruit, bread products, cereals, juice, and coffee. Surprisingly, it wasn't bad.

Getting to the hotel was easy from the interstate, and we would stay here again, if we are in the area.

The place is well lit and is walkig distance to many restaurants and services. Lobby, first floor and room were odor free. Room was clean and neat. Looks like this place has been here a while and could use some freshening up but there was nothing that concerned me about staying here. Everything works fine. Would like to see some yogurt an banana's at the continental breakfast. Would stay here again.
