Just what you would expect from a Hampton inn. Clean, great breakfast.

The only issue we had was upon checkout - we mistakenly left a flash drive in the drawer. When we called about them they said they were not there. After 3 calls and quite a bit of pressure they finally actually looked for them. And they had them. This meant a drive back to Chattanooga, would have been simpler if they had looked the 1st time.

True to Hampton 100% satisfied guarantee we were reimbursed one nights stay for the inconvenience. I am still not sure one nights stay was equal to frustration and a return trip to Chattanooga.

My husband and I stayed here on a long weekend, and we were pleased. My only complaint was no fan in the restroom. I need a little white noise to sleep and there was a good bit of traffic noise that would have been great to drown out. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The bed slept really well, and there was a 32" flat screen TV. We'd stay here again, very convenient to Lookout Mountain attractions and the interstate.

At first look you may think this hotel will be dinky and your stay an unhappy one. You will be pleasantly surprised! We very much enjoyed our stay here and the staff was awesome! The breakfast was very good and the girls who worked the breakfast made sure you had everything you needed! The beds slept very well and the rooms were made tidy and clean everyday after we left. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety of breakfast items for the free breakfast every morning. This hotel is ~8 minutes from Ruby Falls and the Incline railway, ~10 minutes from Rock City and downtown Chattanooga. There's also a Wal-mart across the street in case you need anything! It's in the perfect spot to tour anything in and around Chattanooga!
