This hotel makes the Comfort Suites brand look awful. Don't waste your time at this one as it is dirty, unclean and we were glad we only had to stay one night. The people were nice, but that only goes so far. The pullout mattress would not even support an eighty pound boy, there were popcorn kernels on the mattress and there were no blankets or sheets to use on this bed.

The floor was extremely dirty, the tub held water during a shower and the area of the hotel was not safe as we were approached by homeless before we could even get in the hotel. There are better areas and hotels to spend a night than this one.

It was in Chattanooga so I thought that accounted for the cheap rate. Reception was friendly but the lady said "let me see where I can put you". Huh? I'm a Choice Hotels diamond member and usually they put me in the best room they have.
I guess there was no best room. The sofa was broken at one end, the airconditioning only worked on "fan" setting but allowed no air into the room. Windows did not open so we sweated it out.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The property was run down and it seemed to me like a choice between total renovation or demolition.
What finally killed this property for me was that in the morning, the hot water was tepid and the apple juice watered down. We both tipped ours into the garbage,
I'm contacting Choice Hotels about this place. I believe it's letting the brand down.

My church group come to Chattanooga for a church convention for 8 days and my family and I booked 3 rooms here because it was close to the convention. My husband got sick the first day after getting in their pool. He got worse as the time went on. Inside there pool room there is black mold growing all over the walls and on the a/c unit it is covered in black mold. Our room smelled musty, the carpets were nasty, and there was mold growing on the carpet around the jacuzzie on the wall. My mothers room the toilet didn't work have the time, and had problems with their room as well. The worst part of our experience there is the last day when we checked out, we were on our way home (a few hours later) we realized we forgot our video camera in the night stand so we called the manager and they said they couldnt find it but they would check with the main house keeper because the room had already been cleaned. The next morning we called back to see if the house keeper had it, but everyone there denied finding our video camera, and just because their housekeeper had been there 4 years they said there was no way she would of kept it!!!!! We are so furious with this company that there is no way we will EVER stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone! We are a church group that come there and they made alot of money from us and they couldn't even be honest with us and return the video camera to us. Also the manager didn't offer us anything to make it right with us. Its also in a bad location, everytime you pull in or pull out on the road you about get hit by vehicles coming off the off ramp.

We stayed there one night and wonder how this hotel meets the standards required by Comfort Suites. This hotel has been abused for years, and needs a major upgrade. Probably the worst issue was the heater that made so much noise, we had to leave it off. I hate to be blunt, but the Motel 6 across the street can be no worse.
