Easy access from I-40 where we wanted something cheap for a night east of Memphis. Parking area was clean and lighted at late PM arrival, but room was found sub-par, with numerous hairs on bath floor and some lingering body odor. AC was older unit with no thermostat other than broad range buttons - we prefer wall mounted digital temp controls, which tend to run quieter and provide better cooling, in our experience. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Could have used a frig. Breakfast bar was basic but good, more than usual selection for this size motel. Just needs some professional cleaning lessons and a few comfort upgrades, and it will be fine.
