Third room that was offered to us. The first the clerk practically had to kick down the door to get in. The second she didn't have a key to it. The third one she left the door wide open with our key on top of the dresser. The room had a pungent smoke smell. It was awful. It wasn't the clerks fault. I fault the manager.
