Do not ever use this hotel if you want service and things to work. I stayed here for 5 nights and was absolutely appalled at the front desk's attitude. They could care less. No one knew or cared about the following:
l. how to retrieve the phone messages - absolutely no instructions and the front desk neither knew how to instruct me to do so, and when I asked they just shrugged their shoulders
2. computers were both out of order in the business center, which they advertise as free.- free doesn't count if the computers don't work!! when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know what to do
3. treadmill was non-functional and when I asked the front desk and the Manager to help, I was sent a note to my room that said it was working and then I immediately went and tried it and it wasn't working. I guess this hotel's solution to fixing things is just to tell people it's fixed and not really do anything about it. Do they think we are stupid??
4. the toilet in my room was backing up and the front desk's excuse for not fixing it for 3 days was that they didn't have a maintenance man on duty all the time!!!
5. the water machine didn't work in the fitness center and once again, same excuse as #4.
6. I have come back home with a lovely case of bed bug bites!! I guess that is their present to all their guests!
I was absolutely appalled by this hotel and Management. They could care less. The only person that served me well and very kindly was this breakfast lady named Minny. Now there is service with a smile. That woman should be running the hotel and the Manager, Michael Horst, should be serving the breakfast or doing the chambermaid work. Then we would probably see better service. I have stayed in hundred of hotels around the world and this truly was my very worst experience ever.
