Stayed here on a short vacation weekend to Nashville. Just a short drive from downtown, I found the property easily. Check in was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly. The lobby was large and had tv's. The playoff game was on and we appreciated having a quick look.

As others have noted the hallways are very long, although there are keyed doors which allow for parking your car close to the door and walking a short distance down the hall. The rooms were large and the bed comfortable. Nice flat screen tv and companion loved, loved, loved the shower head in the bath. Veiw of courtyard and pool out sliding glass door.

The air conditioning did make some funky noises and the train close by woke up companion when the whistle blew, every time. The desk area for your computer was good but the chair was too low to make it comfortable for any length of time. The room door was heavy and slamed laoudly when it closed. I heard a few doors close in the hallway during the night.

Having got a on line discount for the room, I was ok with the stay here.

Upshot: the bed was very hard, the pillows small and cheap, and the coverings old and thin. Had there been a different bed experience I would have focused on the good (staff; business center, large flat screen, snack center available all hours). Instead and after waking from my first night back home (refreshed), I remember the other not-so-good items:

a. Shower head leaked when taking a bath. And, drain was stopped up. The latter was particularly annoying when taking a shower. I reported this and was offered Breakfast and or points (got 3 snack cards) for the inconvenience. The drain got fixed but the showerhead continued to spray when in bath mode.
b. Thanksgiving day the maid tried to enter the room at around 8:30 AM (I was asleep). When I left the room around 1000 AM, I found a bag on the doornob filled with toilet paper, coffee packets, and towels. Had to make my own bed that day/clean up -- no credit nor warning for this.

All in all -- will book elsewhere next time.

This is a very large complex, corridors about the length of a football field. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, plumbing having mid life crisis, at least in our room.

When Priceline gave me this hotel for $50 on NYOP, I was very excited as we've always enjoyed our stays at other Courtyards. Unfortunately we had a less than perfect experience. Our room was large and had a nice TV, but, otherwise, we could have been in any two-star hotel chain (won't name them but you know what I'm talkin' about). The bed was very uncomfortable. The 24-hour fitness room was right across the narrow hallway and I heard people going in and out for a very long time. Not sure what room was right above us, but we kept hearing what sounded like furniture being dragged across an uncarpeted floor until well after 9:00 pm. My husband said the desk clerk was barely cordial, as though she was forcing herself to be nice until he left the desk.

On the other hand, we had an excellent experience in The Bistro! The bartender/chef was soooo friendly and helpful (he actually came over and asked if he could help us when we were checking in). For dinner, we both got the Bistro burger, which was delish! We snagged one of the comfy booths which had its own TV and remote ... sweet!
