This hotel is in a safe area with good shopping and restaurants nearby. I always stay here for shopping or doctor visits. Good rates, good breakfast, and comfortable accomodations. Always been friendly and helpful.

This inn is located in a very nice area south of Nashville. It's in a business area and was somewhat difficult to find the first time. My wife and I were visiting Cheekwood Botanical Garden and A Dinner Theater that are south of Nashville and the inn is minutes from each. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there is an outdoor pool. If you stay on the pool side of the hotel it can be loud at times. My only complaint and we stayed 2 nights was when you first walked into the room there was a strong musty smell that seemed to come from the A/C. The only thing you can say for the free breakfast is it's free! If I was staying in Brentwood again I would check rates at other hotels in that area before staying again but if I couldn't find a better rate I'ld stay again.

We were in Brentwood for a wedding. We would normally have stayed in a much nicer hotel, but availability was nil due to a country music event in Nashville that week. We were disappointed. Our room had an awful odor, and we identified the source of the odor - the carpet around the air conditioner was damp and in some places soaked. Probably the source of the mildew odor. Also, large stains on the ceiling (we were on the top floor, so probably water staining). The hallways were humid and not air-conditioned. Only one elevator, which in a full hotel, led us to actually take the stairs on occasion. The bed was comfortable and front desk staff was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly.

stayed for 2 nights as part of a company meeting. Staff is certainly friendly, however there is no bar/restaurant, no gift shop, just a breakfast area for a non ambitious buffet in the morning. If you are on a tight budget, then okay but the hotel could step it up a bit and dispense with the old bedspread/sheets and spring for some duvet covers. Very musty in the hallways too however they have had tons of rain so probably no ones fault there.
