“VERY rough old hotel in a very nice area... which is sad indeed”

The issue is clearly apparent to anyone with eyes. They don't put any money into the property.

Our room was very rough, worn, and ill-smelling. To the hotel's credit they did give us a partial refund because it was so bad. Not without a struggle however. TV was old and they had electrical cords hanging around behind the desk in a cluttered fashion. Bed was lumpy and the towels were thin.

Hallways smell of mildew.

Lastly they have a sign above the lobby guest computer that read something like 0.25 cents for every sheet of paper you printed out. This is El Cheapo 101.

Do NOT stay here.

This motel was very clean, quiet. Convenient to Nashville and wonderful town of Franklin where there is wonderful shopping and great restaurants. Also convenient to the Galleria Mall. Great breakfast and front desk staff.

Room Tip: Top floors if you don' want someone walking over your room all night or kids jumping off the bed...

The Sleep Inn - Brentwood, TN offers a great value for the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but "Clean".

We stayed at this property recently on the way to another destination. We used the Choice Privledges Rewards (where you stay so many nights and you get a free night) to pay for it. So it was free for us. I don't know if we were put in an "old" room because we were not actually paying or because all the rooms were old. The room had an odor. A cross between musty/mildew/pet. But we also got "bites". There was either a mosquito loose in the room (that we could not see!) or bed bugs. Either way - not a pleasant stay. Not typical of Sleep Inns in our opinion.

We are sorry to learn that your stay with us was not as pleasant as you'd hoped. The room you were assigned is a non-smoking room in which absolutely no pets are allowed. Our front desk manager and I have personally inspected the room for any clues to the issues you have raised and actually found this particular room to be very clean and pleasant. The linens and carpets were both clean and fresh. All our windows have screens and we have regular pest control inspections to ensure a totally bug-free atmosphere. We wish that you had contacted us about any perceived problems and we would have happily assigned you another room that was more towards your better liking. We are a proud sponsor of the Guest Privileges program and we will go an extra mile to please a member-guest like yourself. As a small business, we value our customer opinions and take any feedback extremely seriously. We sincerely hope you will come stay with us again and find out more about our customer care and hospitality.

Affordable clean rooms. Great and helpful staff. Wonderful continental breakfast. Close to the Galleria Mall, our bank branch (BOA), Target, BestBuy and dozens of good restaurants. We will definately stay at the Sleep Inn next time we are in Brentwood / Nashville area.
