In December 2008, I stayed here and noted that the hotel was"cheaply built and not real clean- sink was broken, furniture was cheap, towels were thin, mildew on shower curtain. Only a few electrical outlets that were tied up with lamp fixtures. No phone on desk. Breakfast was so bad I threw it away after a few bites. I would not return.". Well I did return, only because I really needed the Hilton points to keep my Diamond status and wanted to give them another chance. Boy what a difference! They must have taken my review to heart. Most of the previous comments no longer held true. The room was very clean (no mildew in shower). Electrical outlets were increased with lamps that had multiple outlets (why don't more hotels do this?). Furniture was much better as was breakfast. The service was excellent as before. The only bad thing that remained from my previous review was the thin towels. Two new negatives: AC/Heat units were not thermostatically controlled like many new hotels and were noisy (as was the refrigerator), and second, the wireless internet was very slow - however, these are minor quibbles. I had a thoroughly enjoyable visit and plan to return when in the same area.

Hotel was older but very clean. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average, nice selection, hot and was served in a nice atmosphere. I'd stay here again..

Nice clean hotel and great location with no traffic noise although the walls are not well soundproofed. Beds are not the most comfortable but breakfast was good and different every day. We thought the room price was a bit high. Staff was very nice and helpful

This is a relatively new hotel near the Wolfchase Galleria Shopping center with lots of stores and chain restaurants nearby - location is excellent. However, hotel is cheaply built and not real clean- sink was broken, furniture was cheap, towels were thin, mildew on shower curtain. Only a few electrical outlets that were tied up with lamp fixtures, so had hard time finding plug for cell phone charger and laptop. No phone on desk. Hotel was not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. The front desk was nice. Breakfast was so bad I threw it away after a few bites. I would not return.
