I stay here a few times a year and I'm never disappointed. It's close to a number of great eateries and the freeway.
Rooms are always clean and the staff is very attentive.

From check in to check out customer service was very good & the breakfast was typical for Hampton Inn. The location was acceptable (traffice during morning and evening rush times was challenging) but to be expected in a mall location.

Plenty of dining and shopping options - many were walking distance. The property was in good condition not excellent. Clean and tidy, the soft goods were well maintained - it won't be long before they will need a face lift. Lots of other newer limited service properties in the area to choose from at the same price point. HHonnors points make the decision easy for me.

Everything you would expect from Hampton was here -- courteous service, good breakfast and goodies, and convenience of location. We will stay here again when we come back to the area.
