Our kids love the pool. We usually stay here once a year so the kids can have fun at the pool.

We stay here about once or twice a year when visiting Sioux Falls. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable although somewhat older. No continential breakfast, but the hotel restaurant offers a nice selection and kids get breakfast for 99 cents. Very nice indoors waterpark with many activities and a nice sized hot tub for the adults. There's also a nice outdoors swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rates are also reasonable.

We recently stayed in the Ramkota Hotel while visiting family for the holidays.

The hotel rooms are nice and we were able to reserve 4 rooms right next to each other. The hallways were quiet and the hotel staff was excellent. We also enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and patient with our children.

The water park was the draw for the trip. The kids LOVED the water slide and deeper pool, but the kids pool could use a remodel. The 0-entry area is nice, but the rough bottom of the pool bothered our 1-year-old's knees and some of the coverings are starting to come off of the other toys.

They are doing some renovations in the lobby area and the hotel is doing an excellent job of keeping the area clean and it did not disrupt our stay.

Overall I'd recommend the place for the cost and the fun our kids had, but there is some room for improvement.

We had two different nights here Oct 3 and again on Oct 7 2011. We had made our reservations in advance. The rooms are awesome we had no complaints.
Even though the hotel was booked full with groups we had no noise issues.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and we were allowed to have our pets. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the busiest time. We did not eat at the hotel but chose a local place just down the road.

This is just a great place to stay!
