A small but adequate room with very nice recliner as well aa all the normal stuff. Friendly service. Thw only ngative are the lumpy foam pillows most hotels of this class have.

When my wife and i come to Sioux Falls for medical services, it is the only motel that we will stay in. If you have the documentation to show that is why you are in Sioux Falls, they will give you a 40% discount. The continental breakfest is the best we have seen. Fresh, coffee, fresh pastries, fresh waffles, fresh cereal, fresh fruit, toast, and orange juice, white and chocolate milk, free newspapers, free brochures about the town and attractions, fresh bagals, butter, jelly, and fresh bread. Large rooms, very clean, and the entire first floor is non-smoking. Great staff and room cleaning. All in all, and excellant motel to stay in.

We stayed one night in the honeymoon suite (whirlpool tub) because that was all they had left and I wasn't about to go to every other place in the area looking for a room. It was quiet even though there was a girl's softball team staying there. I didn't eat breakfast but it seemed fine. The folks at the front desk were super friendly and genuinely seemed to like their jobs (unlike some of the surly folk we ran into on this trip!)

This hotel is in a good location, rooms updated, staff is friendly and helpful.
