Beds are comfortable, air/heating unit did not work properlly, fan would not stay on, noise from the interstate traffice was very loud, breakfast area to small to accomodate hotel guests.
Room did not have a table or chairs, so we had to sit on the bed with our grandkids to eat pizza and set their drinks on the nightstand. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained and clean. We did have to ask for towels for the pool area.

We had teams stay here and it was nothing but great from the fist phone call with Abbey (who is very cool and helpful) to check in and maid service etc. We will for sure be back!

we go to Sioux Falls every so often for 1 night stays, we always pick the Hampton there. Staff is really nice and helpful, the breakfasts are always good. Can not have enough LOVE for the beds at Hampton Hotels!

I've stayed at about 35 or so Hamptons over the past 6 years, and this is the best of the lot. What I REALLY liked was the quiet. There was no sound of slamming doors, loud TV's, etc., even though they were full. Staff was friendly and efficient, the place was immacuately clean and well furnished and comfortable. Weather was every cold while I was there, but I was comfortable inside. (Wish they had an outside enclosure for smokers,) A really nice touch on Saturday morning was in the breakfast room: a hostess was passing out boxes of mints. Conveniet location, nice furnishings, courteous staff and clean, well run property. What else could you want?
