The room with tax was $96.16 for 2 queen beds. Check in was fast, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good (enjoyed the waffles). The walls are thin and the evening was noisy, but got quiet after mid-night. The appearance upon arrival is not too good with the grounds needing upkeep. The carpet in the outside stairways was very dirty.

Room was spacious and sink/vanity area separate from toilet/shower, staff friendly and hot breakfast nice, but that's all. Rugs seemed dirty; shower stall VERY dirty - wet wash cloth still on shower head (my husband thought it was mine!). Walls were either very thin or next door neighbors very loud. Front desk help were friendly and suggested a nice local restaurant for dinner. Doubt we'll return.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

The hotel was acceptable but there are better values around this area. If you are planning on staying here just for the "free night" don't. Read the fine print. You do not get credited until 72 hrs after your second stay and then you only get a total of 8000 points. Only enough point to stay at one of the less expensive hotels in this chain not this one.
After 3 conversations with the Choice Privilege customer service representatives I am getting out of this program.
