“Early Thanksgiving, Christmas and winter birthdays get-a-way!”

We stayed 2 nights at your motel with our 2 daughter and our grandchildren. It was a great place to meet as one daughter is from western SD, one from southern SD and we are from Northeast SD. The motel was clean, quiet and very entertaining for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and slide and the moms enjoyed the hot tub after 11PM. That is a great feature to please all guests with many options. We had a poolside room and we were very impressed that is seemed to be pretty quiet considering how full the pool was each night. We will use this motel for our annual gathering spot before we head to Texas for the winter so we can see family and no one has to drive too far.

BAD BAD Service especially the so call manager ERIC.. never again i would be there. If they replace him then i would go back. Wish i had stayed at another hotel.

Room Tip: make sure you eric isnt there to manage your stay or else itll be a bad one.

I do a lot of traveling for my job and I felt compelled to share how happy I am with the service I received very recently in Sioux Falls, SD at the Ramada located at 1301 West Russell Street. The staff from top to bottom was very friendly and attentive. They made me feel like a rock star each time i had a question or a need. It wasnt just lip service, you could tell that they actually wanted to take care of me and make sure my stay was memoriable.If you plan on staying in the Sioux Falls area, please do yourself a favor and stay that this hotel.

“Kids LOVED IT! So did the parents!”

had an amazing 3-family vacation time here. We had rooms close together; kids and adults all had a fantastic time. Pirate themed waterpark was a BLAST -- and perfect for kids of all ages. HUGE waterslide was a BIG hit with the older kids. Parents had a great time both in the waterpark and surrounding dining areas. Staff were fantastic, and they even kept clean towels in good supply (usually my first complaint at such waterparks). Food was excellent, and of course the room was superbly relaxing. Will Do Again!

“Love it!!”

This was a great way to start our vacation. We sometimes like to "park and drive" meaning we rent a car. This hotel has a great location not far from the airport where our rental agency was. Check in process went very smoothly and our room was very nice. We got an incredible rate and were able to leave our car in the lighted parking lot for a week. We made a reservation on the 7:30 am shuttle to the airport. But here's the weird part. We got to the lobby at 7:25 and the shuttle had already left! But being it's so close to the airport, the desk clerk said they would be back within 5 minutes and would then take us. They were and they did! We did spend some time in the bar the night we arrived. Not the pool area bar (way too steamy!!) The bartender was very friendly as was every employee we encountered. We would stay there again whether we have to go to the airport or not!
