We had a room poolside and found it very noisy. You could hear someone playing their music loudly at midnite so found it hard to sleep. They have a wonderful hot breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffles. You can tell this hotel is showing its age with stains on the carpet. But overall you get what you pay for..one bonus is it is in a good location close to shopping and restaurants.

my stay was wonderful . the customer service was perfect.. they took care of us in every way we were very happy ... the rooms were nice n the beds were comfy... the pool was great forr the kids..thank you for providing a great stay ... we will be back .....

Great Hotel, Fantastic Location and the staff was amazing. Was in Rapid City for business and saw that this hotel was now a Ramada. Room was spotless, hot breakfast buffet very tasty and the staff very friendly. For sure will stay again on my next return to the Black Hills.

This place is dirty and rundown. Evidently they either have heat or a/c, but not both. When I was there it was a warm day with temps dropping into the 40s that night. The temp in the room was probably over 80 and the thermostat set on cool pumped out hot air. There are no windows that can be opened, so all you can do to get cool air is to open the door. Obviously, that's not an option. Also on this stay, I was not told that we would have an adjoining room. Icing on the cake was the screaming baby on the other side. You could hear every word the parents said in normal speaking voices. The only thing half decent in the place is the breakfast....but the buffet is very poorly laid out and you will have to wait in line with the folks getting food to get just a refill on a cup of coffee.
If you want to party, run up and down the halls and yell at all hours of the night, then this is the place for you and most of you have already found it.
