I have stayed at the hotel MANY times before as I am a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. I usually ignore the smell of smoke that wafts throughout the hotel from the casino because it normally does not get into the non-smoking rooms very much.
On my last trip, I needed an overnight, and checked in pretty late with my elder mother and toddler daughter. We got to our room, and i ALWAYS check the room for cleanliness at any hotel. I found dirty linen and a HUGE bedbug on the sheet when I pulled covers back! I did not check the other bed, I put the bug in a cup and took it to the front desk.
The clerk, EMILY, was very uncaring and took it with humor. I asked for a reversal on my room and we checked out immediately. I am still waiting for my refund to post on my credit card (24 hours later, I will give it 48 hours). I am so disappointed and hope major improvements are made to the Casino and Hotel and that it is brought up to standards and that the staff are given some customer service training as well.
