No problem finding parking and lots of room to walk the dog.

We went away for the week-end and took our little dog along. He's very good but I was told ahead of time that there was an additional $25 charge for him. That made the room almost $100. Everyone knows that motels have to do "extra cleaning" of pet rooms. Whatever! The room smelled and there were stains in the carpet. They showed us another pet room if we wanted to move. Wasn't any better but it did come with some dog food on the floor. It's quite a racket motels have with pet charges.

It's a wild maze to find your room and that is only if you can find parking. The rooms are average. There isn't really a restaurant, more like cooking in a closet with 5 tables in the center of some slot machines and the food is less than mediocre. No waitresses. Unlike most gaming places, soda and coffee are not free. Nothing is free and the machines don't pay back very frequently.

We stayed for 5 nights with 14 other couples as part of a getaway cruise with our Corvette club. We stayed in the Terrace rooms area up the hill from the casino building. They
reserved parking in the covered garage and had a car wash area set up for anyone to use.
The rooms were nice and the patio area was a great place to hook up at the beginning or the end of the day. We pretty much ate breakfast there as we were all over the place enjoying the scenery and great roads. If you walked away hungry it was because you didn't put enough on your plate. Kudos to Mr. Schladweiler and his staff for making this a great stay.
