For a SMALL town, this was a nice place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice and clean and hosts wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The only problem, which I hesitate to call it a problem, was the decor was a bit dated for my taste and not in the best way (like 1980's mixed with 1880's!). We loved breakfast and the other guests staying were hunters from Georgia and Washington (?) who were very gracious with sharing their hunting dogs with our kids. Speaking of kids, mine had a good time but were very ready to move on with our trip after one night. And beware....the restaurant choices are nil in this town in the fall (our stay was in October, 2011) and the DQ was the best choice...really...look it up here to see the restaurant ratings! And it closed at 7 pm...we almost didn't get dinner!
