We stayed here one night and this was the best night on our trip. We booked in advance and got a great rate. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, and more. The pool was small but our 11 year old was happy with it. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so there was no traffic noise. There is a restaurant next door but we didn't eat there so I can't comment on it. There was also a gas station across the street that had pizza. We didn't hear any noise from other guests, the beds were comfy and we got a good night's sleep.

We had to go to Sioux City, IA for my mothers funeral so this was an unexpected, unplanned stay. All total my extended family stayed in 20 rooms. The staff at Country Inns & Suites went over and above the call of duty. They worked around us from morning till night, never once did I hear a complaint from them....They made our time of grief a little more barable. They kept the free breakfast open and stocked for us, they let us use the breakfast room to meet in, they kept the lounge open longer so we could sit and talk, even house keeping worked around us. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, water was always hot, linens were bright and white, pool area was very nice and the kids enjoyed that, lobby was very well kept. I can not say enough about this place. We all highly reccomend Country Inn & Suites to all travelers for a warm, wonderful, clean place to stay!!! Thank You Country Inn & Suites.

Standard Country Inn. Breakfast was OK - would like to see it enhanced a little bit with a few more options. Front desk friendly and helpful. Second floor room was fine - clean, and no major hall noise. There was some road construction outside the front of the hotel that did begin fairly early. Pool was warm, but hot tub was not working at the time (there was someone working on it.) Not much right around the hotel. Downtown Sioux City close by. Big park with playground close by. This is a perfectly good stayover/roadtrip kind of hotel, with a fair price.

The nicest staff I've ever met- surpised to find it at a small property like a Country Inn. They are doing their best with what they can with their aging product- but atleast the houskeeping staff is attempting to keep their rooms in the best condition. New carpet would do wonders at this property. The bed I had felt very new and was so comfortable for the price I paid.
Overall the rooms are ok but the staff makes up for 10 fold. I would stay here again if I was in the area no questions asked.
