The hotel is very nice,and I was satisfied with my room.However,I was very unhappy about the way the manager Beth Knox presented herself.She had a very bad attitude and wasn't at all friendly.She acted like we were a bother to her,but when the housekeeper came in her attitude changed.They got on the computer and was laughing and talking.Very unprofessional.Her appearance was very unprofessional also.She had on a white tshirt and sweat pants.The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We made a quick one night trip to Union to visit my husband's relatives and stayed here on the advice of one of husband's cousins.
The hotel room was fairly large, had a small fridge and a microwave as well. The whole hotel seemed to be spotless.
There was a cereal/waffles/biscuits and gravy continental breakfast with coffee and juice as well but the hotel is also near fast food as well if you wanted it.
Over all, a very good value and unlike some "budget" hotels, the room was quiet - no hallway or next door noise at all!

I recently booked a one night stay through Expedia at the Quality Inn in Union, SC. It was an unexpected circumstance in that my dad suddenly passed away and we needed a quick place. To make matters a little more difficult, I have dogs which I had no one to care for so they needed to come along. Guess what? This inn accepted my dogs (and it wasn't a nasty/dirty hotel like most "pet friendly" places!) It was clean and nice! In addition, when I asked about checkout time, (which was 11am and my dad's service was at 2pm), the manager told me I could come back afterward for my dogs so they would have a place to stay. This was at No Charge!! It was a very difficult time, but the personnel at this inn definitely helped make the accommodation part of the trip go smoothly! I just thought I'd write about a nice experience since so many times people only report on the negative situations. Anyways, I appreciate the hospitality more than anyone knows!!
